Unopened or Items with a Manufacturer Defect:
- If you return an UNOPENED item or an OPENED unused item that is defective, that is, A VISIBLE MANUFACTURER DEFECT, you are welcome to send it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund including shipping costs. We will provide you a return label.
- If you return an UNOPENED item because you simply changed your mind you are welcome to send it back to us within 2 Weeks for a full refund (minus original shipping costs).
- Most companies do not generally accept returns of OPENED health and personal care products. However, HormoneSynergy® will provide a 50% refund of OPENED bottles that are returned within 30 days of purchase that contain no less than 50% of the original product.
- If you want to return an OPENED item (for any reason other than a manufacturer defect) you must return that item within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a 50% refund (minus original shipping costs).
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep a copy for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
- All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions),

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 1 week of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- If you would like an unopened item replaced with another flavor or product of equal value, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
